Im Kontrast zu häufig verwendeten proprietären Softwaretools hat sich fairkom zum Ziel gesetzt, gute Open-Source Werkzeuge als SaaS oder on-premises anzubieten. Zur Unterstützung unserer spannenden Projekte und ziemlich netten Kunden suchen wir baldmöglichst eine/n

Projektmanagement & Kundenbetreuung  (für unser Team in Dornbirn)

Aufgaben:

1. technische & administrative Betreuung und Abwicklung von Projekten
2. Abstimmung von Anforderung, Angebotslegung und Betreuung von Kunden im Verkaufsprozess und Support
3. gestalterische und technische Umsetzung von Webauftritten
4. Konfiguration und Optimierung von Einstellungen auf Plattformen
5. Vernetzung mit Open Source Communities
6. Social Media auf fairmove.net (Mastodon) und LinkedIn betreuen

Was solltest du idealerweise mitbringen?

1. Neugier & Teamgeist
2. Gute WordPress Kenntnisse
3. Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Nextcloud
4. Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von technischen Kundenprojekten
5. Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Verkaufsprozess von technischen Lösungen u./o. Cloudprodukten
6. Begeisterung für OpenSource Software
7. sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Was wäre noch toll zu kennen (aber kannst du bei uns auch lernen):

1. Gestaltung & Webdesign
2. Deployment
3. Cloud Computing (wir haben einen eigenen kubernetes Cluster)

Unser Büro befindet sich zentral in der Nähe des Dornbirner Bahnhofes. Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag Dienstleitungen in der autom. Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik. Ein Bruttojahresgehalt von 44.450€  ist als Mindestgehalt vorgesehen (14x, bei 100% =38,5h/W)

Project Management & Customer Care (to join our team in Dornbirn)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Technical and administrative support and project management
2. Coordination of requirements, proposal preparation, and customer support throughout the sales process
3. Design and technical implementation of websites
4. Configuration and optimization of platform settings
5. Networking with open-source communities
6. Managing social media on fairmove.net (Mastodon) and LinkedIn

What should you ideally bring?

1. Curiosity & Team Spirit
2. Good WordPress skills
3. Experience using Nextcloud
4. Experience managing technical customer projects
5. Knowledge and experience in the sales process of technical solutions and/or cloud products
6. Enthusiasm for Open Source Software

3. Cloud Computing (we have our own Kubernetes cluster)
   

Our office is conveniently located near Dornbirn's train station. Our team enjoys a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and part-time options, weekly team lunches, a public transportation ticket for Vorarlberg, free use of fairvelo cargo bikes, and a tax-free home office allowance, just to name a few.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for services in autom. data processing and information technology. A gross annual salary of €44,450 is provided as the minimum salary (14x, at 100% = 38.5 h/week).
